Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach.

Rhodiola is known for its anti-stress effects, and there are many by several supplement companies on the market. But the best thing is that the concentration of NOW Foods is good and commensurate with the value, considering the reasonable price (compared to others that are exorbitant, just considering the media marketing for the so called purity of the grass that is grown on particular mountains yeah). It works, and I would gladly donate my money to NOW Foods instead.
