Recommended use:

started taking Ashwaganda for my anxiety and it worked great for a few years until I went into menopause but then I felt it wasn’t enough. That’s when I switched to Rhodiola and it only took a few days to kick in. I love it, it really helps me stay calm.

have been taking Rhodiola, intermittently, for over ten years. After reading so many articles about it and its adaptogenic properties, including some in the National Library of Medicine, I decided to give it a try. I felt tired with little energy for anything and tried to identify the cause. Some sort of vitamin deficiency? Thyroid problem? Certainly, my work situation and my travels, like for many people, can be stressful. I started taking it and realized I wasn’t tired or stressed anymore. I felt “normal”. And that’s what this supplement does for me – it makes me feel “normal”. In other words, I don’t feel like I’m taking some kind of stimulant, or anything. I don’t feel like I’ve taken anything, I just feel like I’m not tired. As a bonus, it also seems to help me sleep. So here’s a boost for Rhodiola. There is definitely something to that.

have been using Rhodiola for a few years. I have ADHD. I find it helps with my focus, my brain fog and definitely gives me energy! My doctor won’t give me stimulants, so this, along with other supplements, is the best alternative I’ve found that actually relieves symptoms! I definitely notice a difference when I don’t take this supplement. I only take one a day, but I took two in one at times when I knew I was going to have a long exhausting day.

Rhodiola is an elite herb. Extremely valuable adaptogen. It is taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast. If you take it in the afternoon, it may disturb your sleep. Rodila corrects the work of about 400 !!! I took it for my mother to reduce stress and improve nervous system function (she has type 2 diabetes and hypertension). should be used for at least two weeks for improvement. Excellent quality. Rhodiola is known for its anti-stress effects, and there are many by several supplement companies on the market. But the best thing is that the concentration of NOW Foods is good and commensurate with the value, considering the reasonable price (compared to others that are exorbitant, just considering the media marketing for the so called purity of the grass that is grown on particular mountains yeah). It works, and I would gladly donate my money to NOW Foods instead.

Excellent product to boost the brain. Helps my son to concentrate well in school. At first, I wondered if I was giving my child the right supplement. But I know he needs help concentrating in school. have tried all three Rhodiola formulas and for me this one has the most benefits of a calming yet energized state. I liked it because it wasn’t too stimulating as it helped me focus on my work while energizing me like I had just had a cup of coffee. This is the formula I will likely purchase again due to its versatility and effectiveness. In addition to the Rhodiola, which was more relaxing, I see myself using either at appropriate times to get through those long days at work or school when things seem overwhelming!
