   This product really helps with breathing by reducing inflammation. A good collection of quality ingredients. I haven’t had to reach for my inhaler when allergies or the cold affect my lungs. On my 8th bottle in the last 2-3 years, however, I only have to use when breathing or inflammation kicks in and works almost immediately. 2 tablets are enough

   The tablet is large and therefore difficult to swallow. But it soothes and calms my allergies. I take 1 capsule 3 times a day whenever my allergic rhinitis occurs. Has an acquired taste and smell.

   Awesome product. Natural ingredients used. Quality supplements at affordable prices. The size is right. Easy to consume. Flexibility to adjust the dosage accordingly to fit the condition. Using natural ingredients, therefore, long term consumption is best for me as I have sinus issues which flare up very frequently. The taste works for me.

   I use this product mainly in the cold season, it contains all the ingredients I need in very good quality. I have seen benefits to my health when I catch a cold. The taste is neutral, I don’t mind. The composition is very complex, also containing minerals and vitamins that improve my breathing.

   I love using them as I find they help me stay healthy all year round. Too bad they are tablets rather than capsules (which can sometimes make swallowing a little more difficult).

    bought this product for my son and the ingredients and quality of this product have been very beneficial for his hay fever. He had a dose of 1 tablet 3 times a day for 2 weeks but now finds that 1 tablet a day is enough. He doesn’t care about the taste, but finds the size a bit large so he uses a pill cutter. A very good quality supplement.
