Quercetin, Bromelain (2400 GDU/g)
Other ingredients:
Rice Flour, Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose Powder, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Citrus Free. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals, twice daily. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with food.
Warnings:
For adults only. Do not use this product if you have a pineapple allergy. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially cyclosporine, blood pressure medications, and blood-thinning drugs, including NSAIDs), or have a medical condition (especially kidney dysfunction). I started flushing more mucus and mucus from my nose and my nasal blockage is improving a lot now. Nasal rinse and quercetin is a must for me now, you should try it if you have acute sinus infections.

This has been out of stock for a while!! Glad it’s back and quickly ordered a bigger bottle but didn’t expect it to be this BIG. LoL ~ This time the capsules don’t smell as bad (the artificial pineapple smell) as the last bottle, so I’m very happy. I believe bromelain helps relieve my sinuses.

I bought these quercetin and bromelain supplements after hearing they were good for joint health and histamine intolerance. The size is a little bigger than expected. It is also believed to help the inflammatory, respiratory and immune systems. I don’t know the taste as these are just pills you swallow, but the quality, ingredients and benefits seem really good.

ordered this product to help with tissue repair because the ingredients are perfect for this purpose! These ingredients are known to be anti-inflammatory and healing activators. It upsets sensitive stomachs and should therefore be taken with meals. Consult a doctor if you are taking blood thinners as there are possible interactions. I will let you know the results
