   What matters is that it is an extract, not an ordinary powder. For the uninitiated, the 100mg extract is stronger than the 400mg powder. The uninitiated think that the best supplement is the one with 400mg, but it is not! When choosing, it is important that it is an extract and it is important that the percentage of fatty acids is indicated. My symptoms weren’t as severe as some, but they had gotten worse over the past few months. I got up twice at night, couldn’t sleep and had trouble emptying myself. Everything changed after just 3 days. I received my first bottle and started 5 days ago. I no longer have any symptoms and have been able to sleep through the night without getting up for the past few nights. I don’t blame you if you doubt what I’m saying, I was skeptical of some of the reviews and claims, but decided to try something natural in hopes of sleeping better at night. If you try it, I hope you get similar results.

   I purchased this product for prostate health preventative benefits! This brand I’ve come to love for its great price, but also because it not only uses saw palmetto, but also contains ‘pygeum’, a quality ingredient important to men’s health! Also great for hair by blocking sterone BHT receptors.

   just started taking Saw Palmetto so I can’t really say if it works or not. My doctor recommended it to me because of thinning hair after menopause. I would say make sure you take it with food. The first time I took it without food I had an upset stomach.

   I’ve tried this since I heard it could increase pre-cum (in men) and it definitely works on that front. I saw the most effects during the first two weeks after taking it, but then the benefits seemed to diminish. I plan to take it on and off. The only thing I would want to make sure is if this was sustainably harvested, as the tree that Pygeum is made from is endangered.

    I’ve been taking this for years. The quality is good and 15mg is enough for daily intake. It helps me a lot with my hair and my prostate, as well as men’s health. The pill size is large, so it may be difficult to swallow. But I will try to get more.

    This supplement is just nice and good because of its ingredients, it is clean and good. The quality is not bad on the contrary it is good, I like it. The size is good and the packaging is perfect. The benefits of this supplement are simply amazing. This dwarf palm is perfect.
