After reading it, it would help with my mother’s heart failure symptoms. Although medication is still needed, with CoQ10 the two work very well together. Neither had any effect on their own.

Pycnogenol has so many great benefits, but it is quite expensive. I wanted to increase my dose to 100mg twice a day and needed a cheaper alternative to the ones I am currently taking. The pill size is great, classic packaging and I use them for everything from my period pain (there are so many studies on this) to blood viscosity.
