Recommended use:
Take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

When my husband and I go on vacation to another country, sometimes I feel bloated and have trouble digesting food, and unfortunately sometimes I also have diarrhea. This capsule helps my digestion and bowel function. I take 1-2 capsules morning and evening. I believe that this capsule, with its high content of probiotics, helps the regeneration of the intestinal flora and the development of diarrhoea. Hygienic conditions in a foreign country are not always adequate, so you don’t even go on vacation without it. I usually take the capsule with or after a meal, it is a medium sized capsule which is very easy to swallow. Its color is white, it has no taste or smell. Good product because it always helps me. The high probiotic content is a plus.

The package arrived very quickly! Incredible quality. Great that I get to try this probiotic supplement but if the size could last for 1 month that would be so much better! The amazing ingredients do not contain lactose. The benefit and absorption of lactobacteria for someone who cannot take lactose is so gut! Digestion will be so happy with this microbiome) Good taste. This probiotic contains a large amount of good bacteria in large quantities. I suffered from morning sickness for a few years and this product changed my life. It took time, but the improvement was steady over time. I combined it with daily drinking of aloe vera water, and it really healed my microbiome. My digestion is easier and I don’t get morning sickness as long as I remember to keep taking this supplement every morning (after a while I can take it every other day).

This is one of the most effective probiotics I have used. It contains a good number of important strains that you would want in a probiotic, as well as a prebiotic that helps boost the potency of the probiotic strains. Every time I use it, I feel better, mentally and physically. My gut seems to tolerate things better, thus helping my IBS symptoms as well. For the price, it’s really unbeatable! It really is a good quality product.

It’s a great product – I will buy it again. I take this for digestive support and balancing after taking an antibiotic. I take one capsule a day. I know it works for me because I get rid of the bloat (yes, that flat stomach comes back YES!) D Whenever I get a probiotic I always have to take one with bifidobacterium – may I don’t pronounce it, so I just call it “bi-fid-us”. It is a capsule containing 10 strains of probiotics. I know a lot of foods lately say they contain probiotics, but if those foods are prone to a high head, the benefits may not be as great. I find that I have to take an actual capsule. I have been buying Now products for years and they are always of excellent quality. It works well for me (I know it works because my gut is flattening) – I will definitely buy it again.
