   very good quality product was prescribed by my gastro due to bowel problems like constipation and it helps digestion. I felt a difference when combined with healthy foods like legumes like lentils, vegetables, less meat and dairy. great packaging and perfect small size with no smell or taste. great addition overall.

   When you get to be my age, you need a little help with digestion. That’s why I turn to Now Foods Probiotic. I always count on it to help me enjoy a healthy digestion and maintain a healthy immune system. I especially like the way Vitascost packages my pills with cool pack.    I can always count on Ecosupplements to have these in stock and delivered within a day and a half. There are so many fakes out there that it’s hard to trust purchasing supplements from certain suppliers. I can always trust Ecosupplements has the actual product by now Foods.

   think the quality is good and also the ingredients have 10 kinds of pro biotics and the size is good and the taste is not bad. The package is good too. It really benefits my digestion and constipation, maybe because of the good microbiome and the absorption is good for my gut. I took a pill before going to bed when I woke up this morning, I really feel the difference. In fact, I bought the second time. This review is based on my experience and the observations would again be updated.

   Buy these probiotics as foods are now of good quality and still have good ingredients in their supplements. I always take it at least once or twice a year or if I have immune problems Yeast infections taking probiotics this time I choose this one with 10 strains and 50 billion they are good for constipation and my microbiome

    The only reason I don’t give this 5 stars is because I have yet to receive it with the cold pack still cold unless I order it in the winter.

    Now Foods is the best in my opinion for supplements – they are family owned, have been in business for over fifty years and have their own independent lab. I take one daily in the morning for that extra protection and to boost my gut and well being. A quality product at a low price!

    to be honest this was my first time trying this probiotic ， so far so good i haven’t seen a huge change in my digestion. but the quality and packaging of the current food is still good. the size of each supplement was small enough to be swallowed in a very good way.

I take for 3 months before bed and it’s helpful for my gut health, nutrient absorption and to regulate your poo routine if you have constipation issues it might help but I also recommend cutting gluten because it is the worst enemy of constipation.
