was looking for a probiotic and this was recommended and I decided to buy it and give it a try after reading the reviews and also checking the ingredients I decided to buy and was surprised. the fast delivery even though it is from out of country have been using it for more than a month so far i guess its bloating is working less hopefully it won’t have any bloat at all soon . I take it once a day and recently increased to 2 times a day, hope this helps more.

I really like this supplement, it has a lot of quality like other products from Now Foods. The amount of probiotics is truly amazing for the gut, 25 billion and also the variety of strains is excellent. The capsule size is ok and has a little taste but that’s not a problem.

I have tried several brands of probiotics, found NOW Foods Probiotic-10 25 Billion to be the most cost effective. It helped me quickly heal my peptic ulcer which has been going on for decades. Certainly, my digestion system has been significantly improved. I have ordered it several times. The quality is consistent. have been a loyal NOW brand user for many years. I don’t know why I didn’t try their probiotics until recently, but I’m glad!! I take it in the morning before eating, for better absorption. Very gentle on my stomach unlike other probiotics I have used. It works great for digestion and used regularly, keeps constipation at bay. I keep mine in the fridge to maintain its potency. Very good product at a very good price!!

I am in my third month of using this product. I take 1 capsule a day. My dermatologist told me to take this vitamin to help me with my mild acne. I take it with vitamin A, C and zinc, not all at once, but spread over a day. I still get acne from time to time, but this helps heal it faster and lighten my scars. Also, my skin is plumper on the acne-free parts. However, I did not experience any side effects. It didn’t upset my stomach or cause any headaches. I take it before bed and I was hungry as soon as I woke up. I guess that’s how it works. Easy to swallow and no weird smell or taste. I will continue to use this product until I get my dream skin. Probiotic 10 replenished, I use this with vitamin A, B5, zinc, copper and vitamin C to clear cystic acne from my face and neck. Probiotic 10 also helps with my dandruff caused by eczema. Try it for at least 3 months if you experience the same issues.
