   These capsules are soft enough to chew and you almost have to because they are chalky and sometimes get caught trying to swallow them. They are not too chalky and “melt” a little in the mouth. The dose is quite small, so don’t expect to get the recommended daily dose of one serving (said to take 1 capsule five times a day) from these.

   I have been using this potassium gluconate for over a year. It helped me with my muscle cramps. I take 2 in the evening and sometimes another in the morning. The quality is very good.

   Packs of quality and high potency ingredients provided by NOW in this supplement. We need high doses of potassium daily, so NOW provide good size and fine potassium with high benefits to ensure a good daily dose. Myself, I use three tablets with a meal to improve the daily intake of minerals and potassium from supplements and meals.

   This brand works very well. I love this supplement. It has no taste. I take 1-4 a day. I am on the keto diet. It is a highly diuretic diet. Because of this, it is easy to lose electrolytes. magnesium and potassium are the 2 main things you lose. Everytime I wake up and feel bloated like I’m holding water or can’t get my wedding ring off I take 1-2 and drink water to get the sodium out of my system. I take magnesium every night before bed.

   I like that the ingredients are halal. The size of the pills is a little big which makes them hard to swallow. The package is also a bit big, so not very suitable for travel. I don’t use it frequently to avoid potential side effects. However, I think I get good benefits from using it once or twice a week.

   ordered this product to relieve leg cramps at night and for proper fluid balance in the system. Potassium is a very important mineral that is highly required and a thing like a banana or two just can’t cut it! I will order again

   Because potassium is important for the heart, muscles and nerves, I decided to add it to my use. Prolonged stress is rampant and nighttime sleep is irregular. I first started with a day, feeling my well-being. I added at least 4/day throughout the day. Then I started noticing diarrhea in the morning. I paused for a while and my stomach stabilized. In other words, it is worth listening to the body in this matter too, how much is suitable for one may be too much for another. The 99mg/tablet of this product is simply excellent, because then everyone can use exactly what they need and there is no risk of abuse. Yes and yes, my nervousness has stabilized a lot, so I use it as needed. And one of the important health considerations is maintaining electrolyte balance, which gives the body just the building materials it needs. The potassium gluconate form is also the most gentle form on the stomach, remembering how much to use at your convenience. Potassium also supports a normal PH.

   These are about the size of most large adult vitamins and I can’t say I noticed a taste when taking. They’re not coated, so I definitely wouldn’t consider them easy to swallow. In fact, the first time I took one, I had to take 3 different sips to try and get it down, but I haven’t had a lot of issues since.

   Suspected of low potassium due to cramps. There was also excessive sweating, for months. After taking it, the sweating stopped almost immediately. Cramps are barely noticeable.

    I like to take a few throughout the day in hot weather when I’m drinking tons of liquids. Potassium can lower blood sugar in some people, but it doesn’t have that effect on me. I also use this brands powder for my own electrolyte drink. Good quality.
