Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 5 times daily, preferably with food.

Potassium “Now Foods” is my favorite because of its quality-price-portions ratio. I recommend potassium citrate because with water it tastes much better than potassium chloride. I add it to lemon water and can’t taste the potassium powder at all. It dissolves instantly even in cold refrigerator water. The lid is easy to open, so keep it out of reach of children and be careful to close it tightly after use, otherwise the powder will clump.

Like most people, I do not consume enough potassium, despite a very good diet. Now Foods Potassium Citrate Powder makes it super easy to boost your potassium intake. I take 1/4 teaspoon in a glass of water in the morning, and the same in the evening. I think this is an easy way to work towards hitting the recommended daily potassium intake of 4700mg.
