   I like the soft gel form because it’s easy to take on and I don’t feel like I’m taking on unnecessary extra fillers. The benefits of taking this though? Not sure yet. I hope it will do good in the long run. Not sure I’ll repurchase though. Might need to do more research

   started taking 300mg once a day and as soon as I saw that they weren’t upsetting my stomach (I tend to have a sensitive stomach) I went up to 600mg a day. I haven’t changed anything else and my cholesterol has dropped 20 points in three months. My doctor is very happy. I can’t tolerate statins so I’m really glad to find this supplement. It’s okey for me.

   When the adrenal glands are damaged by intense chronic stress, pantethine is a must. On the other hand, it is not the only nutrient to take. Along with that I add adrenal gland tissue, adrenal cortex, ashwagandha, vitamin C, Siberian ginseng, rhodiola, licorice and never forget, lots of grs of tyrosine. Tyrosine is an amino acid in your body that acts as a precursor to MANY very important hormones called (epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenal hormones) – thyroxine and triiodothyronine (thyroid hormones). Tyrosine is an essential building block for a group of known neurotransmitters. as catecholamines (dopamine is also implicated). Dopamine plays a role in mood, sleep, learning, memory, concentration, and motor control. It’s called ” Molecule of Motivation” because it provides the motivation you need to be productive. Helps with depression, cognitive functions, stamina and energy (the adrenaline that keeps you going – physical performance) and to weight loss. Thank you!

   My cholesterol was high and I read a good review about it. Thought I’d give it a try even though it was a bit pricey. It seems like a good product and I like Now Foods. I never had blood monitoring but hope it worked.

   I am a long time fan and user of Now Foods supplements. I’m taking this to see if it will help reduce visceral fat. Time will tell with the next blood draw. No weight loss yet, but no side effects. I take one in the morning and one or two in the evening depending on what happened in the vacuum that day.
