   I was totally satisfied with the quality of Now Niacin. It gave me a lot of energy – I cycle to and from work 20 km 4 or 5 days a week. I have to be careful to eat enough calories because it seems to speed up my metabolism. I have never lost so much weight in my life since I started the Niacin protocol.

   My first encounter with the product is not so pleasant as I didn’t know it caused flushing. I was pretty shocked after taking it as my whole body started feeling hot and having strong hot flashes. It was rather scary because parts of my body also started to itch. After reading the reviews I realized it was because of the dosage I bought so I reduced it to half of 500mg but it’s still too much. So I decided to take even less than that and I feel good. I am happy with the product as it helps me focus and get rid of my brain fog.

   To improve my depression I started taking 21st Century 100mg niacin (I think it’s the only low dose niacin with flush, it’s also a tablet so I can cut it down by half), I take it twice a week and increased the dose gradually. I bought this when I could take 500mg at a time, I think my depression is much better after taking niacin flush for the last 2 months.

   first purchased this niacin specifically for its flushing effects as part of the Stamet’s Stack method to enhance absorption and maximize the benefits of Lion’s Mane and other mushroom powders. It has certainly made a huge improvement in the absorption and circulation of nutrients in my system. The same concept was also applied to other powder supplements, and it took things to another level. Keep in mind that it’s important to break capsules open (as a little is enough) and take divided doses throughout the day, along with 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper with any supplements consumed. I’ve been taking niacin for hot flashes for several years now, and always get hot flashes from a small dose, so one of these capsules is REALLY powerful! Excellent value for money and I’m delighted they are available through Ecosupplements.

   My family has a history of cholesterol issues, even when eating healthy and exercising! I was even at 7% body fat, had minimal saturated body fat in my diet and was training 6 days a week and was still in the high range. I work in the health industry and learned about niacin and its effects on bad cholesterol and good cholesterol. I decided to give it a spin and have been at it for several weeks. I lowered my dose to minimize the flushing effects of the niacin (i.e. I split the pill and only took 250mg initially). I can say that I had few events where I had red skin and I think it’s because I took this approach. I would recommend not taking this medication blindly – work with your health care provider to achieve your health goals and collaboratively determine if niacin is right for you.

   I have been using this product for years. NOW always offers high quality supplements. In this case, the size and price are excellent. I take this to increase NAD levels and to keep cholesterol down. In turn, I feel a noticeable increase in energy and muscle function. Also, I’m glad that niacin has been shown to lower LDL and raise HDL cholesterol. What’s even better is how profitable it is! When buying niacin, aim for a full flush and increase titer. I have no problem with 1000mg now.

   Very finely ground and powdery, absorbs and acts quickly with very hot water. You get some redness with this formula, but I’ve built up my tolerance so I only have a slight redness and it goes away quickly for me. I feel more relaxed. I also have a very runny nose after use. Really good formula. I like to open the capsules and pour in my mouth or very hot water to work faster. Reminds me of sorbet? Sour sour taste. Good product.

   The quality is excellent, niacin 500 mg per capsule. Iodine is an important trace element missing in our modern diet. Abram Hoffer MD PhD was an important pioneer in niacin research.    It perfectly accelerates the growth of hair and nails, smoothes the skin and improves mood. I’m just a niacin junkie: I’m willing to buy cans because of my smooth skin and how warm and relaxed I feel. After 20-30 minutes after taking the capsule, the skin on the whole body begins to cover with red spots and gradually changes. red all over the body, including the face, fingers and scalp. It just becomes an unrealistic buzz, warmth, relaxation and a kind of catharsis. The skin is slightly itchy in some places, causing it to itch (I have this lower back); it takes about 10 minutes. This is where I want to calm the alarmists: it’s not an allergy. It’s a normal reaction to nicotinic acid. Everything is fine, calm down) all redness passes half an hour after the appearance. With the heat, it’s unfortunate. You may even feel a little chill that will last for half an hour. Since the vessels expand under the influence of niacin, and then narrow when the action passes, this is how it happens. But the thrills don’t always come afterwards. I don’t know what it depends on, maybe the weather or the state of the body. Also, during redness of the skin and heat stroke, he will be very thirsty. And you need to drink, if you don’t, dehydration can occur. The skin, although red and hot due to increased blood circulation, may open the pores slightly, which will then close and everything will return to normal. And now about the effects on the skin: The difference is noticeable in a few days: the relief is smoothed, it becomes smoother, and above all, the inflammation seems to pass faster!     My go to Niacin. Most of the B3 in supplements these days are the time-released variant that doesn’t give you the color. I do this for the color though, so it’s harder to find the right shape. This one is now very affordable and works great. Will always buy back has great benefits. Thank you for liking my review
