I’ve been using this cream for a few months, then a month or two without it, and I’ve really noticed the difference. I have found it particularly helps my sleep and possibly reduces bloating. It also seems to have reduced anxiety which I noticed increased as I became perimenopausal. My only concern is if the container is completely empty, but the pump app is probably the best way to ensure the correct dosage is in each pump.

The cream is thick and does not absorb well. I found it impossible to rotate body areas for application, as we should do, as it just wouldn’t absorb. I had to rub it in multiple areas since it would not absorb. The scent is pleasant. This natural progesterone cream is not nearly as effective as the brand I was using. I expected better from NOW. I will not be reordering.
