   The tablets are tiny and white – very easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal discomfort since I started taking this supplement. Levomefolic acid is the main biologically active form of folate used at the cellular level for DNA reproduction, the cysteine cycle and the regulation of homocysteine. Overall the product is nice and of high quality. I really recommend!

   On my sister’s advice to avoid horrible leg cramps after a hard day’s work, I started eating a pill of this methyl folate at night before bed. Largely now gone. If the intruder threatens in the night, I pop another topically and eat a pinch of sauerkraut. zzz 🙂

   NOW foods have been my favorite for years. I learned that this is a quality product at a reasonable price – perfect! due to the MTHFR mutation, I need more B vitamins and the folate needs to be in the methylated form. it works for me and i have been using it for over 10 years. my nervous system is happy with this supplement – it is both metabolically active and bioavailable – it works!

   The size of the tablet is cute and tiny, and so easy to take. I have a high dose of B vitamins, complete vitamins, but I researched the bioavailability and decided to take it…instead of the other form of folic acid. It’s good quality and I believe it helps me with more energy and better metabolism rate in general due to higher rate I will continue to take it. Like.

   Methylfolate was recommended to me by my doctor to relieve my anxiety and depression. I have trouble swallowing pills, so finding these little guys saved my life. I noticed a difference pretty quickly (using it with a magnesium supplement and my other anxiety and depression meds.) I’m very sensitive to mental health meds. . This will definitely be a redemption for me! Added photos of the pill next to a penny for scale, including a side view of the width.

    What a nice change to see the promotion of synthetic folic acid to people, especially pregnant women! Methyl folate is the best and most absorbable form of vitamin B9. It is the ONLY form that can cross the blood-brain barrier and has noticeable effects on mood and energy levels!
