   Excellent quality has folic acid for energy and niacin so I don’t get essential tremor very often and simple packaging for longer potency so very good for the nervous system and it metabolizes more efficiently because it tastes great and fizzes on your tongue!

   take one in the morning on an empty stomach with my other vitamins. I definitely had a lot more energy taking this. I used to be tired by 10pm but now I can’t fall asleep until at least 12 lol. I recommend if you are low in b12 like me! Good quality, ingredients

   I was looking for a sublingual B12 in this dosage that wasn’t too large or expensive, and this one fits the bill. Only negative is in humid weather it absorbs moisture in pillbox I set my supplements in.

   started taking this supplement due to lack of folic acid. So far I haven’t shown any side effects like niacin. Packing the bottle is quite simple, you just need to remove the seat belt and open the bottle. The size is quite good, as well as the quality of the ingredients and the taste. I take one of the pills after eating my snack and have noticed that it helps my metabolism and gives me energy. I’ve been taking it for 3 months now and I will say its potency is pretty good, I feel great and at the same time my nervous system is benefiting.

   These Methyl B-12 lozenges caused a burning sensation in my mouth. I did not continue to use them because I was sensitive to one of the ingredients. I have used and will continue to I a different NOW Brand B-12 lozenge that I am not sensitive to. NOW Brand makes awesome supplements, thus one just isn’t for me.

   With a genetic condition that results in B-12 deficiency without supplementation, I need to maintain my B-12 levels, and it MUST BE the methylcobalamin form of B-12. It’s the perfect purse-sized bottle to keep with me at all times. Whenever I feel my energy level dropping, I slide one under my tongue, and the boost I get is pretty quick.

    The price is amazing for the amount you get. I always prefer the pellet version because of the ingredients (in this one you have more ingredients to make the taste good). The taste is a mix of cherry and banana and it’s good, I think even a child could take it (in taste, not to mention the dose). It’s a pretty high dose, but it was prescribed to me by a doctor because my energy level is low.

    Great taste and value for money, and the dosage strength is good enough for everyday use. the quality and ingredients are good and it has the best metabolized form of b12. believed to help with energy, mood and memory if you are deficient in helping your nervous system. I personally prefer the 10,000 mcg dose
