   had a B-12 deficiency last year due to not eating a nutrient dense diet (which leads to low hemoglobin and can have serious consequences). I tried several supplements (from local pharmacies and Ecosupplements). This is the one I chose because it is veg. capsules. I use daily and have never felt better since.

   I purchased this particular product to support my nervous system during a stressful time. I will take it in combination with folic acid for better effect. The package is great as usual. I hope the quality is also excellent.

   Excellent potency, quality ingredients, excellent effect for the nervous system, metabolism and energy. I take two pills a day. I love the size and the taste. Convenient package. Helps me stay away from B12 hits! Necessary for vegetarians. I highly recommend these.

   now the food still offers good quality, methyl b12 is a natural ingredient, not synthetic though, 5000mcg but the size is not too big, the packaging is good and well sealed, hope this improves my nervous system because I’m a vegan.

   Prescribes an endocrinologist. Vitamin B12 (or Ciancobalamin) is necessary for the formation of red blood cells, the development of neurons and the synthesis of DNA. Its deficiency can lead to an accumulation of homocysteine (neurotoxic compound), anemia, loss of balance, numbness of the limbs, fatigue and memory problems.

   my doctor told me to buy this because i need high potency B12. The quality of this brand!! It also shows in the ingredients! size is good, not huge capsule size. no taste. I could see the effect after 1 week. this vitamin is essential if you have metabolism problems like me… if you have CFS, like me…

   I’m a big fan of Methyl B-12! I was struggling with low energy and brain fog for a while, and my doctor recommended I try this supplement. About a week after I started taking it, I started feeling better. The energy boost was really noticeable and my brain fog dissipated. I’m so glad I found this supplement!

   Great service, fast delivery, good price. I am satisfied with the quality and the size. Pleasant for the nervous system. I use it with methylfolate instead of folic acid, actually the two together give me more energy. I also use a packet of P-5-P and methylfolate. The effect is awesome. The product is power which is all we need now.
