   This is a high quality vitamin D and mk-7. Very good value for the amount you get too. The capsules are tasteless and they are small and comfortable enough to swallow as well. I like the ingredients and the packaging is easy to open. I will repurchase when I have more.

   this vitamin D3 plus vitamin K is very good for the immune system. a high dose of D3 alone can lead to a high concentration of calcium in the blood. however, with vitamin K, it can regulate blood calcium well. so it’s a very good combination. I myself have benefited from this vitamin.

   I’ve been using Mega D-3 and MK-7 for a few months and I’m very happy with the results. The 180 mcg (5000 IU) dosage is perfect for my needs and the added MK-7 ingredient helps with absorption making it more effective in supporting my bone health. The 60 vegetable capsule size is convenient and easy to take daily. The capsules are also easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste.    The quality is so good, the size of the tablet is so small too and also the taste of having it every day. The dosage I use is one tablet a day every morning and boosts my immunity level even if I don’t go out in the sun. The package arrived so fast in Israel and I thank Ecosupplements and for the good package. I will order it again because my doctor advises not to have only D3 but with MK7 and the effect will be all the more effective and it will also remove the deficiencies and the bones will strengthen. The absorption level is good and I have it with my zenwise tablets and I feel so energized. I think I advise everyone to avoid coffee or tea when taking supplements

   It is a good quality product. Good price and good combination of ingredients. D3 and K2 are generally sought after by my clients. The dosage is high, highly recommended for someone who wants to boost their immunity. The size is about right. Mk7 is also an active form of K2, I like the combination. Affordable price and good quality. Like.

   love this product, you get 5000 IUI of vitamin D-3 along with 180 mcg of vitamin K-2 which helps reduce vitamin D in your bones. You get 60 herbal tablets that will last you 2 months, when taken one a day. The capsules are small and have no taste to swallow.

   it has a great effect on me.. since i’ve been using it, it calms me down and gets me a good night’s sleep. In terms of quality, it’s perfect and the ingredients are all natural. it is easy to swallow for its size. I will surely have this dosage on a daily basis, it corresponds to my needs, my bones are stronger at my age of 68. no aftertaste ❤

    something is weird with that lately. I try to use it with fatty meals because some say D works better that way. It’s VERY important to me to use D3 and not the synthic D2. I have a VDR (vitamin D receptor) problem and difficult to maintain my D let alone convert D2 to D3
