This form of magnesium is a nootropic to help your cognitive functions, memory retention, and support brain health. Take 3 pills a day to see the benefits and of course try to study something. Obviously, if you take it but are a couch potato, you won’t see any improvement. Good packaging and great quality as always.

The price is right. This product contains quality ingredients. The capsule size is not too large and is easily swallowed. This type of magnesium taken before bed seems to have a sleep-inducing effect. The package arrived on time in a good safe. It was intact and unopened. The delivery was fast.

Again, this was based on a recommendation from Andrew Huberman. Taking ADHD medication left me with interrupted sleep, sometimes 4 hours a night. I took it in conjunction with L-theanine and Now – zinc 50mg. The first night I didn’t notice a difference, but the second night I had my first uninterrupted 8 hour sleep in a long time. This combination has really changed my life. I have tried other Magnesium L Threonate which didn’t make a difference. Happy to pay a premium for quality ingredients. High quality supplement – effective.

This formula has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and aid in neuropathic development. I can’t live without it. Magnesium threonate is the best form of magnesium for a healthy brain and a calm, happy mind. Helps me sleep like a baby, calm down, relax and recover. The quality is top notch as with all Now products. The tablets are large but easy to swallow. You can also scoop them out and stir them into a juice if you have trouble swallowing three a day. Also, I believe it helps me with my IBS and my acid reflux symptoms.

depend on this formula because it’s the only form out of the other 8 magazines I was taking that helps relieve sudden anxiety that started a few years ago. This is not my first purchase and certainly not the last of Magnesium LT, I have heard that it is really good for brain cells and memory. This form of magnesium is convenient in the tablet form. It is the same dosage as the powder version of Magnesium L Threonate I was taking but these tablets cost less per dose (one tablet a day). Only 4 stars because the tablet has a few additives, but so did the powder (different additives).
