   Good for my eyes, it clarifies my vision as I feel it. Lutein is collected from the body and used as needed, so I use this supplement a few times a year to make sure my eyes have enough of this ingredient, especially since I use the computer every day for 8 to 10 hours. The size of the pillow is very small so I can swallow without any problem. No taste and smell. Recommend these pillows

   Bought this for my mum (mid 60’s) she says her eyes are less dry and tired after adding it to her diet. She takes it once every two days. The quality seems okay. Neutral taste and odor. My husband and I (early 30’s) didn’t really see any effects with this supplement.

   There are very few ingredients that actually deposit in the eye area and lutein is one of them. So easy to take as they are very small and I just chew them. 10mg is what was recommended to me by the optometrist and I take one every day.

   This complex was attributed to me because they began to tire their eyes from working at the computer. In the evening it usually felt like sand was being poured.
