Recommended use:
Shake well. For adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily with a meal. For children 4 years and older: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily with a meal. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING TO PRESERVE FLAVOR.

got this to replace my finished Mary Ruth Women’s Liposomals which Ecosupplements has stopped selling. I don’t like it as much as I loved Mary Ruth’s, but the taste is fruity and sweet just like that, so hopefully there isn’t a major difference. This one NOW however asks you to consume one tablespoon at EVERY meal, and Mary Ruth’s asks you to only take one tablespoon a day… So I’m giving 4 stars not 5, just because it is inconvenient enough to take several scoops of this throughout the day. I don’t know if it’s a concentration difference or something, but the effects are still similar. Wish this one NOW came in a squeeze tube package like Mary Ruth did – I actually squirted it straight into my mouth haha. Guess washing the NOW would be easier, though.

When it can be eaten by children, the smell and taste should be adjusted to be suitable for children as well.

I’ve been using another high quality liquid multivitamin for years, but it’s been very hard to find, so I looked for a reliable replacement. I have used other NOW products and felt comfortable trying another. Packaging and shipping was great as usual with Ecosupplements. The texture of this liquid was a big surprise compared to my original vitamin liquid: very thick! The flavor is okay. Maybe at the end of the bottle I’ll like it more. If not, I will try the other flavor.

This product, I have been using it for almost a decade, highly recommend for men, women would need to use an additional iron supplement, as the lIquid Multi vitamin supplement does not include it. They may have one with him that I’m not aware of, just to mention. It is easier to digest and goes straight into your system fairly quickly. I feel really good after taking it and I notice the difference. I highly recommend it !

I hope that soon I can see a healthier me. the quality can be good, and so can the ingredients…depending on the label. but will only know once it takes effect. the taste is not bad for me. what i like is that it is in liquid form so it should be absorbed faster by the body.

My usual liquid vitamins were oos, so I tried this one because NOW is a reliable source. Seems thicker and has a stronger flavor, but has similar ingredients, and hopefully has the same potency. Well packaged, no leaks, a generous size for the price. Started taking fluid to fill deficiencies after a grueling year.
