Liquid Iron Recommended Use:
Shake well before use. Take 2 teaspoons daily with juice or water on an empty stomach.

Really like this liquid iron. It’s tasty and affordable. Better than some other brands and it’s delicious. I have been recommended to take an iron supplement for an iron deficiency I have and so far this product has helped increase my levels. suffer from IBS and sometimes get anemic. This has been a great addition to my vitamins, the liquid is absorbed easier and tastes great, only thing is it’s so so so so sweet. I swig it and flush it with bubble water. If you are anemic, make sure to take it avoiding caffeine, chocolate, and eggs within 30 minutes of consuming this supplement. The quality seems amazing. The bottle is a good amount. Always shake it before taking it!

This is a great product and I will be ordering again. I am prone to low iron and as it takes a long time to restore iron levels (between 6 months and a year) it really helps to have a liquid version. This product does not have a strong taste and I drink it on an empty stomach (I mix it with water kefir). Do not consume iron with coffee or green tea!

I have anemia which is a symptom of malabsorption and this iron is well tolerated. I don’t experience the constipation or stomach upset caused by some other iron supplements. I add it to my orange juice in the morning and take it with my other vitamins. Plus, there’s no aftertaste so I don’t burp on it and taste pennies all day!
