bought these to help heal leaky gut, and they worked. the capsules are a little big but I like the dosage and quality of the NOW brands. I open and put under my tongue for a few seconds. they also help curb certain food and drink cravings. (be careful when opening the capsule in your mouth, it’s very easy to inhale the fine powder and choke) I feel like it helped my stomach/ intestines heal much faster than the diet alone. when I’m craving something and can’t decide what to snack on, I open a capsule under my tongue and let it in while I decide what I want, it also helps with impulsive snacking. I’ve taken it when I have a heartburn when I wake up and it seems to help a little.

This product is supposed to be great for helping the intestines to heal and has been shown to be beneficial for people with Crohn’s disease which is why I took this. I believe using it in conjunction with wormwood, ashwagandha and boswellia has really helped me be healthier. I also take Reishi in the evening with ashwagandha and panax ginseng in the afternoon and rhodiola in the morning. I’ve seen L-Glutamine all over social media lately, so I decided to see if it was worth it. I struggle with IBS and have read that a quality supplement will help relieve bloating and other digestive issues. I’ve been taking it for about a week, and although I’ve read that it can take up to 30 days to start working, I feel like I’ve noticed small changes in digestion and minimized bloating .
