NOW L-Carnitine Liquid has all of the properties of Carnitine in a highly absorbable liquid form. L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that helps to maintain overall good health by facilitating the transfer of fatty acid groups into the mitochondrial membrane for cellular energy production. It naturally occurs in red meat and other animal-source foods, but we recommend supplementation to obtain optimal levels of this excellent amino acid. NOW L-Carnitine is the purest form, clinically tested, and vegetarian (non-animal sourced).

L-Carnitine (Carnipure) (Free-Form Base), Stevia Extract (Leaf), Pantothenic Acid (from calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine HCl)
Other ingredients:
De-ionized Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (as preservative) and Lemon (Citrus limon) Oil.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

have tried many liquid l-carnitines and I prefer this one. The taste of this one isn’t too bad either; light and fruity. The citrus flavored one has a weird oily texture due to an oil that is in the ingredient list, which this one doesn’t. I also like that this one is sweetened with natural stevia rather than sorbitol which I’m not a big fan of either. The price for this size bottle is good for what it is. Definitely a high quality product with a shorter ingredient list compared to others, which I like.
