   I drink this dish like a shot – amazing, sweet and sour taste. I take it before my workouts and notice significantly less fatigue. No massive weight loss but I think I feel a bit warmer inside – like a thermogenic effect. I have always loved L Carnitine and taking it in liquid form is so convenient!

   Taking about 2 weeks now, I have felt the improvement in my exercises and to my surprise, my stomach issues have improved a lot. After researching this, I learned that probiotics containing L-carnitine can do wonders for your IBS. Usually I have to poop a lot during the day, but for the past two weeks I have to say that my stomach is less irritated. Let’s wait and watch for a few more weeks. Forget to mention it tastes sweeter because stevia.

    Probably my 3-5th purchase, and still love it. It tastes good and I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. This is one of those where the benefits are not obvious. I feel great and overall great supplements to take when trying to get fit, energetic and healthy. I will recommend anyone to take it.
