   this vitamin is a great supplement for everyone. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I had to add something like 1-2 capsules every 2-3 days. It’s not serious at all, but if you take enough of it, it will affect your energy levels and allow you to do things more efficiently. Overall this product is great
