Water (Aqua), Glyceryl Stearate SE, Methyl Salicylate (natural), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glucosamine HCl (shellfish), Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Boswellia Serrata Gum Extract, Squalane, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) (soy), Xanthan Gum, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Capsaicin, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Natural Hinokitiol.
Recommended use:
Apply topically on skin surrounding active joints and muscles after physical exertion.
Warnings:
For external use only. If you are taking warfarin or other anticoagulant medications, consult a physician before using this product. Avoid the eyes and sensitive areas around the eyes. Do not use on broken skin. If redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use. In case of irritation, wash affected area with mild soap and water. Any warming sensation resulting from use of this product is not harmful and will diminish with time. Persons with a known allergy to shellfish should not use this product. For adults only. Very useful with good results. At first it seemed to me that it was not strong, but if I understand correctly, the feeling of “burning” appears depending on the area of application. Recently applied to lower back, it burned all night and morning, so at least 12 hours. When I applied it to my husband’s elbows and shoulders, he said there was no burning sensation. Very pleasant smell, similar to the Rumalaya perfume from the Himalaya brand. Good size and value for money. Recommend.

I had no idea how this cream would be when I first ordered. After trying it, it seems to soothe the muscles and joints, which I find effective. One thing that could be improved is definitely the fragrance which was on the strong side. The cream is not greasy and penetrates easily. In terms of frequency, you need to apply it 2-3 times a day to be effective. Overall good value for money.

It’s hot!! Do not use fingers to apply. I use cotton or tissue paper to avoid contact with fingers. It will burn your fingers for many hours. When applied to my neck and shoulders, I quite like that burning sensation. However, my husband who has a slip disc does not like this feeling on his lower spine. Choose Glucosamine MSM & Arnica. This one not so hot. Both work very well for pain relief. Fantastic I would say.

Ideal for fibrosis. It needs to be rubbed several times a day as the chili extract builds up in the system and this is what dulls the pain signals. Smells quite strong but it’s necessary due to the ingredients and it really works.
