Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

This supplement contains Vitamin C to help with iron absorption, including Dong Quai to improve. It replenishes red blood cells for women after menstruation and also increases a bit of energy in general, especially for those who are suffering from iron deficiency. Packaging is good, no damage from Ecosupplements. This is a capsule form, but there is also a small round tablet from the Now brand that is not sold through Ecosupplements. I don’t know the reason.
