   Now Brand’s Inositol Powder is a great product and priced better than the competition. It suits my budget and Ecosupplements sends the package without any delivery costs. At least they’re upfront about duties and taxes that some other companies don’t disclose until it’s too late and you’ve already ordered the supplement. The Inositol by Now brand is a great quality product and I would recommend it to anyone who needs it, especially for mental health issues.

   I’m glad I decided to go with the full size pack as it seemed like better value for money. I was initially worried as I used to take it in a capsule, but the powder form dissolves easily in water and actually tastes slightly sweet! It is supposed to benefit the nervous system and metabolic health, so hopefully it will treat my PCOS.

   usually use inositol capsules, but ordered this one in powder form because the inositol capsules were out of stock. I was wondering how to drink it. I have measuring cups so that wasn’t a problem. I drink it in my smoothie and it doesn’t taste bad. I drink it for my PCOS and IR. This inositol is of good quality. I have been drinking inositol for years and can say it helps my metabolism, I have also lost weight. I can say it has a good effect on my pcos and IR as well. I can recommend it too.

   This is MYO INOSITOL for those of you looking for the variant. The quality is excellent. Sweet powder taste, no aftertaste. The ingredient is NOW FOODS usual, pure powder. The price is lower than other MYO INOSITOL. My sleep is improving, I woke up to pee, I usually have trouble getting back to sleep, but after about a week of taking 1.5 grams before bed, I see some improvement in falling back to sleep. If it works for me, I hope it works for you too. 🙂

   This is a high quality powder with pure ingredients. You can easily mix it in water or any other liquid, the taste is slightly sweet and barely noticeable. I take x1 tsp twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed. I find that during the day it helps reduce my anxiety and stress levels and at night it slows down my nervous system and helps me fall asleep.

   bought it because before I had a smaller pack, so I took a larger size. I love this quality myo inositol. It has really good ingredients, it gives me a nice boost of energy, lowers my insulin resistance, lowers my metabolism and calms my nervous system. It has a low sweet taste, good water dissolution, excellent effect due to its potency. Inositol does not give a niacin flush. And keep my anxiety under control. On my buyback list.

   Brilliant, to be taken mixed with water, with a subtle taste and very easy to drink, perfect for those who don’t like swallowing capsules (raise your hand!). Taking selenium for Hashimotos after reading a published scientific study which showed that this combination (with myoinositol in particular, the same used in this product) could put him into remission. Take each at the dose recommended on the bottle. I wish you all a safe journey to good health.

   This is the second time I buy this product. I used to buy the 400g bottle but they don’t sell it anymore which is a shame as the bigger bottle was way more convenient. The powder itself is pretty good quality. It has no taste and dilutes fairly well in water. I’m taking it for my PCOS along with metformin, but can’t really tell the difference between taking both and just metformin. But I will continue to use it because it does no damage. It does not come with the measuring spoon. I bought it separately. ps: it is not a sweetener.

    This is my second bottle of inositol but the first pack of Now so I decided to test these quality ingredients. I was skeptical at first so I bought a smaller sized bottle and I’m really happy with it. I don’t have niacin flushes or crazy energy surges, but I’ve seen deference in my metabolism and it’s having a better effect on my sugar issues and PCOS. I like to take a dose in the evening because it calms my nervous system. It tastes slightly sweet but not like sweet sugar and dissolves easily in water. I am satisfied with this product so I have a larger size in my basket.

    love the flavorless taste and it helps my nervous system and metabolism with my PCOS problem. It gives me energy and folic acid and with my intestinal problems. Ingredient likes no chemicals at all and loves it. The quality is clean and the size likes it true to itself. Thank you very much I really love it. The effect likes it. 100% High Power Package

    Piping Rock’s inositol powder is a generous amount for the price making it a good value, only wish it came with a scoop though.
