   I take this inositol to help improve my PCOS symptoms. Since taking it, along with DIM and Vitamin D, I have a healthier weight and sleep better. My hormones and androgens are more balanced and I notice a difference in my hair growth (it’s not on my chin anymore and I’m not bald anymore).

   I started using this ingredient to control PCOS and it helped me a lot. It has good quality, the package size can last about two months. I can feel more energy and it has increased my immunity. I didn’t experience any side effects, it seems to have good absorption.

   Now Foods is a great brand and manufactures quality supplements. Inositol helps the body with mental disorders such as panic disorder, depression and ocd. Inositol is an excellent source of folic acid and is part of the b-complex family. Inositol is important for proper insulin function, lipid metabolism, and cellular calcium balance.

   It’s too good ! It has worked wonders with my PMS – after two months of use, I’m less bloated, I have fever cramps, my periods are lighter. I’m pre-menopausal and I can also clearly see the effect on my mood, I have more energy. I take a pill every morning before breakfast, it has no taste, it is easy to swallow. I don’t see any effect on my appetite though, I haven’t lost any weight after starting the inositol.

   My body won’t tolerate the choline/inositol combos that are usually sold, and there aren’t many inositol-only capsules on the market. This product really does the job for me and I’ve used it for years.

   I’ve read that myo-inositol works well for depression & anxiety, and after trying this product, I can say that I am definitely seeing a difference. I use the powder in my smoothies, and the capsules when I’m on the go. Highly recommended.

   take two of these pills in the morning before I eat to regulate my periods, which are usually absent due to PCOS. These pills are effective for less bloating and my period comes within two days or less after I started taking them. This supplement eliminated my need for Provera or any of the other pills to induce menstruation. However, I only take it when I want my period to come, because otherwise it will make my period come every other week, which is a bit too much! Overall a good quality supplement for those struggling with PCOS or insulin resistance.

   This is my first time buying myo-inositol in capsules. I always bought the powder form. Although it’s more expensive this way, it’s much more convenient if you’re traveling or in a rush, so I bought it for those specific days. As for the formula…I use it because I have PCOS. I take 2g a day, combined with metformin, and it has helped regulate my menstrual cycles. The pills are a little big, but that’s not a problem for me.

    After years of adult acne, my condition has gotten worse over the past 5 months. So as a last option I decided to give it a try after reading so many great reviews. After 3 weeks of taking it, my face is starting to look much better. It was embarrassing to go out without makeup in the past, but now I can. The capsule size is neither small nor too large so I had no problem swallowing it. I usually have problems with other brands or other vitamins. I can’t believe this cheap product worked when I’ve spent thousands of dollars in the past at dermatologists and didn’t make much of a difference. Thanks!!

    The inositol really seems to help calm my obsessive thinking. I got my sister and a friend involved and it helped them too. If you’re a worry wart or have thoughts running around in your head, I highly recommend giving it a try!

    had trouble sleeping for over 20 years and had to use a lot of prescription drugs to get enough sleep. After listening to an Andrew Huberman podcast, I started taking 2 every night, along with L-Theanine. My sleep has improved dramatically and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    I’m not very picky and can swallow most sized pills. This is not too large, but my mom who does have issues with that would have issues with the size; however she is ultra sensitive. I am not sure if it is doing anything, if it is, it is subtle so far.
