I’ve tried glutathione for liver cleansing before, and it’s a phenomenal product. You notice how you digest food better and even the skin on your face clears up. I do liver cleanses before consuming other products or vitamins, to improve their absorption. These capsules have a good size, are medium in size and are well swallowed, they have no taste or flavor, and they go down well in the stomach.

took this as part of my liver detox and also general skin whitening. I took it with vitamin C after lunch. It is a pretty good quality of glutathione where there is no weird taste or smell. The white capsule is quite small and therefore easy to swallow compared to the 500mg one which has a larger capsule. In fact, the capsules may discolor a little over time.
