These garlic tablets are good and it’s really odorless as it says. I love garlic and would easily eat tons of it in my diet but sometimes I find the smell isn’t pleasant for everyone and it’s embarrassing if people say I smell like garlic . So I bought this supplement to include in my diet whenever I don’t want to eat real food. I had a slightly elevated bp and since including this in my diet my bp has become stable and it is still within the normal reading. NOW products have always satisfied my needs, I also have their blood pressure control capsules and it works great with my bp too. What more can I ask for? I have been taking this garlic 5000 and garlic oil for about two years now. Sounds like a good way to get allicin and allicin precursors and other garlic benefits without the breath or gas that comes with fresh garlic. (I still love garlic and eat it but not for medical reasons.) Over the past two years I have seen my cholesterol levels drop significantly. I can’t swear it’s because of those garlic products, but I believe they played a big role. Either way, Garlic 5000 is a keeper. Garlic is a great antioxidant product, I have tried a few different products but this one is the least smelly. I used to take 2 1500mg soft gels from the same brand, after a few hours of taking it I could still smell the garlic and I rushed so that’s great I think I’ll go there buy again.
