   I started using this vitamin and it helped me a lot. I’m not a coffee drinker, so I would usually get some sort of energy boost after a coffee, but this vitamin gave me the much-needed boost (and without the caffeine) that made me feel better. really helps to refocus me. Highly recommend!

   Folic Acid is wonderful for many things. I especially love it for my skin. The first time I took it, all my big pores clothes in 20 minutes. I saw it happen in the mirror! That was in 1975. I have been taking it ever since! And I especially like Now products. They always seem to work well.
