   Works every time and count on it to make it a smooth night before I even go to bed. The bottle size value for the price is also a bonus that I can’t pass up. The family loves it and those who have moved into their own homes are now more than happy to get a bottle from mum as an extra little gift for mum.

   Peaceful sleep essential oil contains natural ingredients. This is the first time I’ve tried this essential oil in a 30ml format. The package is well wrapped with gift wrap and bubble wrap. The scent calms and relaxes me to help me sleep well after a hectic day.

   Sniffing it from the bottle itself, I had doubts about its smell. But once I put it in my diffuser, I was pleasantly surprised. The citrus notes really pop at first, then you get some lavender, ylang ylang and sandalwood. It’s not too overwhelming. Helps to relax and fall asleep!

   I love the scent of lavender. Use a little, especially with my masks these days – a dot at the bottom of the mask to help with breathing and it’s also soothing. First time trying this brand and the smell is great. I have been using 100% pure essential oils for years. I took a sniff and it smells like what I’m currently using.

   Wonderful scent, I put 3-4 drops in my humidifier every night before bed and it creates a peaceful environment for a good night’s rest. I also put a drop of lavender oil on each side of my pillow before sleeping, it helps me get a deep sleep.

   It has a mixed smell of orange, lavender, etc. it smells good but I don’t know if it’s good for sleep because I don’t have a sleep problem. Good value for money.

   Although the bottle suggests it’s good for sleep, I feel like this essential oil diffuser blend is good any time of the day when you want to relax and unwind! I find myself diffusing this oil before bed and after work to put myself in a relaxed state. I will say that this blend is quite potent, so I recommend adding about 3/4 drops to a diffuser. All in all, it smells amazing!
