Omg… now peace and harmony essential oil is the best. I used it in my diffuser and immediately I feel at peace and it relaxes me. He immediately puts me to sleep. I’m just amazed at how well it works. I also add a few drops to a spray bottle with water, to create an aromatic mist for my kids’ beds and the air around the house. It also helps my kids relax immediately. I use a variety of NOW essential oils, this one works ASAP.

love using oils. Especially in cold weather. It gives my skin extra nourishment and hydration. Just add a few drops to my favorite body cream or a coconut oil that I also order from Ecosupplements and use it right after shower and massage with gua sha on it – my skin feels fantastic afterwards. Always high quality! It depends on my mood which essential oil fragrance to use, but I love it, because it’s natural and like a perfect aromatherapy for me with a spa effect!

the smell is good but it’s not strong enough to fill the whole room with the smell, I love this oil blend and used to take the other brand, which has been discontinued, so first time to try this and may consider ordering again later , i have tried mixing with more peppermint it is much more refreshing , worth a try to stimulate the cooling function of the mind
