   There is an amazing supplement to get more energy. I have been using for 2 months and I feel better, with more energy, less tired and I haven’t been sleepy all day. I highly recommended. In addition, it contains many good quality ingredients. The best thing is that the price is reasonable.

   like it, it gives me enough energy and it’s not a burst of energy like I thought. The energy comes naturally and I don’t feel overwhelmed with the mix of ingredients like I did with the nootropics. Now’s products are always of high quality and I am never disappointed. Sometimes I have to take 2 pills to last the day, because one is not enough (I am 27 years old). I’m careful not to put too much on, because I’m more tired the next day.

   It helped more than expected. I take it when I have gardening plans or feel tired. My neighbors came and asked me how I could work so hard and for so long. I showed them the supplements. I hope they had some for them.

   I have used this product for years and absolutely hate being without it. There are so many supportive ingredients in this formula and it does what it says – it creates more energy in my body. I use it in place of coffee when I am dragging a bit and need an energy boost, especially when I want to exercise and have more stamina and endurance.

   This product is amazing, I have been using it for 15 days and my energy is continuous, I take 2 capsules early in the morning and the effect lasts all day. I had problems with fatigue during the day which have disappeared since taking this product.

    This supplement has been part of my daily life for a few years! Usually I take one pill in the afternoon instead of two and it helps me a lot to feel better at work. I am a low energy person who tires quickly and this is a game changer. I like that there are a lot of vitamins and herbs in one pill so you don’t have to take a handful of pills). Just be aware of the side effect of dizziness (but I only had that when taking the supplement in the morning).

    These capsules contain a number of ingredients that you might get from other sources (like if you were already taking a multi-B vitamin), but they also contain a mix of other ingredients that you probably wouldn’t get anywhere else. In addition, they contain caffeine. I have found them to be effective and can feel the benefits when I take them. Warning: they contain niacin, so check if you are getting niacin from other multivitamins, as too high a dose will cause niacin flushing (harmless but uncomfortable).

    Wow, you can definitely feel this supplement working. It is however very strong, I took the 2 recommended capsules and Wow what a buzz! I now open the capsule and only have a third of it in my coffee in the morning and that’s enough to give me a boost to get through the day. If I take it later, I can’t sleep that night. Everyone’s system is different, but definitely worth a try if you need a boost.

    was taking this for a while as I actively worked to lose weight and was losing weight. I started noticing that when I didn’t take it for several days, my weight loss stalled, then I started losing weight again when I started taking it. Time passed and I simply stopped taking supplements. I’ve been feeling bad and tired lately unable to do anything at all and I decided to take this today and wow it’s 2am and I’m wide awake and have a ton of energy, I cleaned my kitchen, did a ton of laundry, went shopping, ran errands…and felt more focused on tasks at work. I know it contains caffeine, but I took it hours ago and it didn’t crash like I normally do when drinking strong coffee. I think maybe I didn’t notice the energizing effects when I first started taking it because I was very anemic and needed to fix that because nothing will make you feel energized if you’re anemic. Also, I was reading Dr. Weil’s article on Rhodeola and Panax Ginseng and was considering ordering those supplements, then realized that this product had them. They are both believed to help with mood and energy. I’m ordering another bottle now, and it’s just one of two supplements I’ve taken for the second time out of all the supplements I’ve tried in my life.
