   This is my first time using this brand for Siberian ginseng. It is sweeter than other ginsengs. Good adaptogen and should be used for 2 months before taking a break

   first heard about Eleuthero on a podcast from a college nutritionist who recommended it as one of her favorite supplements when asked to pick 5. Then I tried looking for supplements to help with sleep, so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s “Siberian ginseng” although it’s technically not ginseng (I’m still hesitant to start regular ginseng as I’m worried about overstimulation), I tend to choose supplements that have a very long history of use and are therefore known to have “rare” side effects. This adaptogen is believed to boost the body’s resistance to physical, environmental and emotional stressors – used by the Chinese and Russians for many years). I can’t say exactly how it has helped me for the past couple of years because it’s hard to choose a particular supplement for its benefits, I can’t afford to test all of them, so stack them at different times , cycling them. Overall I have benefited from it, and I have been happy and tend to feel relieved when I start taking it again after a “holiday” after taking it, whether that either a placebo, I’ll never know s. But as long as it doesn’t hurt, then it’s fine. As with the others, I take it for up to 4-8 weeks, then stop for 1-2 weeks. The NOW brand is trustworthy.

   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading about it. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   It is by far one of the favorite herbs of me and my companions. It really does it all! Gives you mental as well as physical energy. Eleuthero helps naturally drain your lymphatic system for better overall health throughout the body. It is also one of the best adaptogens next to Ashwaganda. The 2 together form a very powerful combination against stress, anxiety and depression. I will always highly recommend Eleuthero! The Now brand has an incredible offer with the quality and quantity of this large bottle. And it’s natural! I can’t beat him.

   Superb product and that’s also another reason why I trust Now Foods. Quality ingredients and packaging and delivery as usual was first class from Ecosupplements. The product seems to work. I have been using it for almost 6 months with a 1-2 week break after each bottle is finished. This, along with Ashwagandha, helps to calm you down a lot, which is the best benefit you could hope for. Siberian ginseng is what also makes it a quality product. An excellent supplement that will help you relieve stress. This is my personal experience.

    Excellent high quality product. It works as it should. Very satisfied with this purchase. Eleuthero is a calming, soporific and all-natural capsule. It reduces stress and you don’t take chemicals. It’s powerful, so take it easy. Great product. More physicians should be aware of this and have their patients try Eleuthero before Valium or any sedative type prescription.
