   EGCG is an effective antioxidant. It could protect against cell damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable atoms that can damage cells, causing disease and aging. According to reports published in NCBI, evidence from clinical trials suggests that green tea plays a role in metabolic syndrome as it may impact body weight, glucose homeostasis and other cardiovascular risk factors. . Other NCBI reports indicate that EGCG has potent antiviral effects that have potential application against in vitro Covid experiments; and EGCG from green tea effectively blocks infection of SAR-CoV-2 and new variants by inhibiting spike binding to the ACE2 receptor. In other words, it could protect us against Covid infection. I bought it for my family protection. Leave a like if it helps.

   I feel healthier just taking this supplement. It can help protect your body against free radicals and is a higher quality product compared to capsules that only say they contain “green tea”. Products containing only EGCG and green tea are not 100% identical. So be sure to choose a product that contains potent EGCG.

   Quality and ingredients are good If the pill size could be smaller it would be even easier to swallow, and I don’t really mind the taste as I just swallowed it. The benefit I notice for this is that I feel less tired during the day, won’t always feel sleepy like a zombie haha

   great supplement for me to use. I take it several times a week, because I take a lot. In my 60s and I don’t take big pills regularly, only a few as needed…I have CFS and fibromyalgia and general anxiety. I keep it in check with supplements like magnesium malate and glynicate. Keto way of eating. Keeping blood sugar low definitely helps my joints too

   had to stop drinking coffee because of stomach problems. Had trouble staying awake. I tried different green tea capsules. Walmart’s cheap ones were bitter. agrees with me and they are not expensive. I take them with my breakfast and lunch to fight food coma. It helps me keep my stomach full. I get nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach.

   Hello, we are from Ukraine! Now it’s still the quality of the supplements, so I placed an order without hesitation. As you know, green tea has many useful properties, including: antioxidant effect, rejuvenating, toning, cleansing. This ingredient works well in complex reception for the purpose of supportive therapy to eliminate gynecological problems. I take with DIM, lecithin and turmeric.

   It’s a powerful and convenient way to get the bioactive compounds in green tea, including polyphenols and catechins. What made me buy this is that I have fibroids and studies show that EGCg can help fight inflammation and thus reduce those nasty monsters. There are tons of other benefits like helping fight free radicals, maintaining healthy tissue, speeding up your metabolism for weight loss, helping to age gracefully, and sharpening your cognitive function. It would be hard to get all of the health benefits of green tea just by taking the tea alone (you need about 2-3 cups a day), so these capsules are an effective way to go.     This version of Nows Green Tea Extract contains more potent ECCG than the other version of Green Tea Extract, which is not specified. Not only can it reduce appetite for weight control, but it also helps to maintain blood sugar level and sleep better. I take one before bed with minimal caffeine.
