   Easy to swallow and good size. They taste nothing and are of good quality. I love that they actually work! The ingredients are excellent and the packaging is easy to open. They have been a good benefit for my anxiety. My energy levels go down so I take them before bed and enjoy better sleep.

   Theanine is one of the most studied supplements or “nootropics” alongside creatine. It’s in green tea but when I want to relieve anxiety or desperately need sleep, I take a pill with a chamomile pill and an ashwagandha pill and I sleep great. Disclaimer: If you have night terrors or don’t like very vivid dreams, skip the L-theanine before infiltrating, as it gives intense dreams

   love it The quality is great ingredients is clean the size is good I take it before I sleep for a few hours or when I indulge in a caffeine pack is good I really benefit from it when it comes to working out muscle energy I’m glad I added it to my diet there’s no bad taste

   I love the ingredient. It’s really good for my mood and energy balance. The composition of the ingredients is also a good point. There’s inositol in it. I think it benefits me to deal with periods. The packaging is simple and the capsule size is small so that you can easily take it on the go.

    I use this product as part of the Huberman Lab sleep supplementation protocol, and it has been fantastic for improving my sleep quality! You might consider taking (30-60 mins before bed): 145mg magnesium threonate or 200mg magnesium bisglycinate 50mg apigenin 100-400mg theanine (3-4 nights a week I also take 2g of glycine and 100mg of GABA.)

    Offer their customers quality products NOW = value for money! I have no issues with the aftertaste, size, packaging or ingredient used in the product. The benefit of this product works well with their melatonin and it gives me a good night’s sleep every time and I will wake up every morning full of energy, and I’m able to stick to my flake diet oats (think protein), trail nuts (think protein again), toast and black coffee before strength training.

    felt more at ease in difficult situations, less angry and with a little more lucidity than before. I have seen an improvement in my immune system and my heart is stronger and beats easier overall. The most common side effect that happened to me was feeling slightly out of balance, so I recommend walking when you first try them separately from other medications if you’re new to them. Keep in mind that everyone will react to them differently, but from how they made me feel, I’d say they’re definitely worth a try, mostly because they don’t create a dependence like many other drugs currently available.
