   My daughter was born with conditions that required head surgery. She fully recovered but suffered from dizziness during sleep when in a horizontal position. I read that DMG could improve this, so she started taking a capsule of DMG before bed at night and it almost eliminated all the dizziness, and when she gets it the episodes are minor. I also take it and it improves oxygen in the blood, which is important to me since I had heart bypass surgery. Highly recommended.

   I take it with my other B vitamins. I want them all taken together to be most effective. I can tell you that the difference is noticeable to me. I don’t always buy the same brand of supplement. I like to buy what I trust and need more than the current supplier and Ecosupplements has that option.

   I have used this product for many years and have recommended it to parents. It totally normalizes ADD (inattentive type) symptoms. I call us (scattered brain unless the very focused type!) It normalizes concentration, organization, and waking up and falling asleep properly, while relieving anxiety and minimizing “daydreaming” and improving memory short term.

   I feel better now. I have been using it for a week along with other supplements. For general well-being and I become more mentally and physically active. It is dimethylglycine, so methylation may be involved in heavy metal modification, regulation of gene expression, regulation of protein function, and RNA processing. I advise you to read more about its benefits before taking it.

   have been using dmg for two years now.. but i never felt its effect until last week.. i went to donate blood which i have done about 8 times before.. but this time, it was the first time I felt truly weak and totally out of breath even just a few steps away. hours later I took another pill. and every time i go to the gym when i get better

   perfect i love eco supplements because of the good prices it’s a good size and very good quality i don’t think i have any protein but i know it has many benefits in this package too it’s very good for the nutrition and more energy for your muscles In training time this product tastes not bad

   useful for easily jittery sensations in the stomach, is a methyl donor best taken with mythel folate and methyl b12, p5p. medium sized capsules, good quality ingredients. take 1, 2 to 3 times a day according to my needs. now i find methyl folate to be great on the go.

    DMG considered a member of B vitamins and it is number B15. The benefits of using this vitamin are increased oxygen in the blood to the muscles which helps in achieving high intensity training and noticeable size growth. I like the fact that I can count on my energy to be always available.
