   My 3 year old son loves this! He will happily ask to eat this every day, it doesn’t taste like fish at all. It’s significantly cheaper than other brands because it’s not cod oil. But I think it’s okay anyway. Convenient to eat (also on the go) unlike those that you have to take with a spoon (liquid form).

   Comes in the shape of a fish. Orange taste. A juicy liquid comes out when you bite the plastic skin. I have a little taste of fish oil but my kids still love it so much they ask me to feed them every day. They like it. It’s small and easy to eat too.

   always try to enrich my children’s diet with omega-3 supplements. This time I decided to try this one because of the shape of the fish. My kids love this shape. But these are capsules and not gummies. Thus, not all children will like it. My 7 year old is ok with them but the 3 year old is not ready to take them.

    DHA plays a role in brain formation, growth and function. Neurons are protected by a layer of fat, the myelin sheath, which also helps in communication between neurons, forming the so-called synapses (the more there are, the faster the thought). Myelin is made up of a combination of a protein (sphingomyelin) and a fat (DHA). Our body is rich in alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), the precursor of DHA and thanks to which we are able to metabolize the nutrient in the body. However, the degree of conversion is reduced and therefore the supply of DHA is necessary. Since the retina is also made up of nerve cells, DHA also ends up having a positive effect on vision. In a child, 85% of the brain will be formed from 6 months to 5 years, which is why the intake of DHA (70 to 150 mg per day) during this phase is so essential. My son loved the taste of this supplement and how easy it was to swallow!

    It was the highest amount of omega 3 I could find in a children’s supplement. I love that it’s not sweet like some others. It comes in the shape of a fish, so we call them baby shark gummies. My kids ask for it every day. We’ve tried over 5 other brands of DHA in Ecosupplements but my kids rejected them all so I’m very happy to be able to find this one they all love. Try it and you will definitely see the result very soon! The ingredient, composition, taste and taste are great Please do me a favor for liking my share. Thanks!!!

    My son did not like the taste at all. I thought he was being picky so I tried them. It was awful. The only way to take these is to swallow them. Not kiddo friendly.
