Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free) glycerin, water] and d-alpha Tocopherol.
Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna).
Natural d-alpha Tocopherol from non-GMO soy. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with food.

used to take these. They seemed to work well, especially thinned my blood. I had a procedure to open up the airways in my nose (septoplasty) and while recovering, the wound opened up and I lost a lot of blood. When I told the doctors that I was taking this and another fish oil, they explained that it had thinned my blood. This is good if you have a problem with thick blood. In my case it was ok. Just good to note if you take blood thinners, or potentially beneficial if you must take them and want a healthy alternative, you can discuss this option with a doctor.

I like the small size of the capsules. It’s much easier to swallow than the 500mg pill and means I can take one with every meal and spread it throughout the day to get my Omega 3. Very good for the brain. I feel better after a few weeks. I didn’t notice a difference for my joints but maybe I needed a higher dose for the joints
