   I have to self-catheterize 4 times a day. That’s more than 1400 times a year. When I started, I almost had back-to-back UTIs. I started drinking cranberry juice daily and reduced the infections to 7-8 per year. Then I started using D-Mannose. It almost completely eliminated urinary tract infections. I am currently 18 months without any infection. It is an amazing product for me.

   This is my treasured bottle, the size is awesome, as someone with chronic UTIs for years who takes a lot of D-mannose every day, I love it! Lots of benefits, no side effects, correct ingredients and dosage, despite the powder having no additives, but at least that way it’s convenient and there’s no taste

   I really like this product. I have been buying it regularly for several years. A very high quality product. It is highly recommended to consume it for those who have recurrent urinary tract infections, it gives a lot of benefits. The size of the medicine is a little big, but for me it does not bother and the medicine has no taste.

   For many years I have suffered from chronic urinary problems. Until I found mannose! This supplement is just God sent! These are high dose mannose capsules. I take it once a day at night, before sleeping. The capsules have no taste or smell. It’s normal for my stomach. I said goodbye to my urinary problems) Now it’s my necessary supplement! No more pain, no more going to the bathroom every 30 minutes! it helps from day one! the capsules contain one ingredient – d mannose. Not large in size – easy to swallow. I recommend it to anyone with bladder problems.

   suffer from IC and I often have associated urinary tract infections. D-mannose is a staple in my toolbox for soothing flare-ups and maintaining bladder health. I take this when I feel this terrible sense of urgency. That works! When it’s really bad I often take it 3-4 times a day with vitamin C crystals and within a few days the symptoms, pain and urgency subsided. Highly recommend!

   This product has saved me several times from getting a urinary tract infection. If I feel a little discomfort from dehydration, I take a few of these magic pills and make sure to increase my water intake and all the symptoms go away. This has been highly recommended by other women and I now recommend it on menopause Facebook groups to women experiencing discomfort. Thanks NOW for another great product.

   had daily issues of chronic uti pain with no actual infection. And these pills helped me. A good dose for a good price. I take about 2000mg a day. The only problem is that they are too big for me. But I just opened them in applesauce and they still work

   This product is great, I’ve been taking it for 4 days now and I feel better already. I take one in the morning and one at night before I go to bed. I get utis here and there but now with this product I feel like I won’t have to worry about buying another one.

   No kidding, this stuff works. After suffering from chronic UTIs for years and years, I became resistant to antibiotics. This product was recommended to me and I can’t rate it enough, it’s a product that actually works. I’ve been using it now for a few years and if I have any symptoms of UTI I take it right away and it never develops. This product has once again freed me from the pain and suffering of years and years of UTIs. I just wish I had found it sooner. Very very highly recommended.

    helps with my urinary problems and infections. I like the fact that it’s easy to use, affordable. ingredient it’s vegan. I have no problems with E.Coli, I take one a day. my routine is to take like 7 days before my period, and no more infections if benefit. the quality of d-mannose is excellent.
