It is an excellent inflammation reducer! It needs to be taken 3 times a day for a while to absorb the full effect. So keep taking it. Don’t use it only when you have an ache or pain.

At times like these, D-Flame is in my immune defense preparation, will be helpful in the early stages of illness, such as those related to the flu, and a sign of body inflammation, just my take on the product, at least it’s not a pharmaceutical drug.

had high hopes, but this gave me a headache and made me feel wired. My sleep was disturbed and I felt very bad. It worked for my muscle pain, but the side effects were too bad, so I stopped taking it. I tend to be very sensitive to caffeine and this contains green tea extract so that might be the issue. I wish they would do it without green tea.

I have a serious problem with my wrists, unrelated to arthritis, but with similar symptoms. I had to stop taking anti-inflammatory drugs because it gave me an ulcer, so I looked for a gentle herbal substitute. Although this remedy is not as strong as an anti-inflammatory, it provides some pain relief without side effects.

can’t handle over-the-counter anti-inflammatories, so I rely on D-Flame recommended by my doctor. Herbal blends are powerful against inflammation and do not hurt the stomach/gastrointestinal tract. I take 2 a day and more when I have an injury or severe arthritis pain. Will continue to order. Also, I trust NOW brand supplements.
