have been buying Longvida curcumin for my wife since she was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2017. In addition to conventional care (surgery and chemo), she has added different supplements to her regimen, and Longvida curcumin in is part. She also takes graviola, Ip-6 and coriolus mushrooms. Well, she’s cancer free. I don’t know if these supplements helped, but they sure didn’t hurt! Great benefits instead! As far as this brand is concerned, the quality is always excellent. Curcumin also helps fight inflammation, and it’s also a powerful antioxidant. Longvida curcumin is said to be more adsorbed by the body than other types of curcumin (so it costs more).

There are several studies regarding the benefits of Longvida curcumin (the type of curcumin in these capsules) – it is easily absorbed from the gut and has brain health benefits. Curcumin is also an anti-inflammatory and can help relieve joint pain. The capsule size is correct and can be easily swallowed.
