I love this calcium! I had headaches and lack of energy and suspected that I might be eating too few calcium-rich foods. Within an hour of taking it, my headache was gone. I think the body may absorb coral calcium better. Combination with Vitamin D for better absorption. Important for bone health. Now the supplements are of high quality.
