have consumed the supplement for 2 weeks now. Realistically, there are no adverse changes, but it may be too soon. But, I feel like I don’t tire easily, I feel slightly more energized than before, and I haven’t had a migraine for the past few weeks. My gynecologist advised me to take coq10 600mg to improve my fertility since I am preparing for my IVF cycle in 3-4 months. I hope this supplement helps me, probably giving me another month or two to see the changes. The pill is big but still edible size for me. No weird smell just my urine indicates I’m dehydrated so drink lots of water I think.

it really is a wonderful product. I use it after my fertility doctor’s recommendation but as I go to the gym a lot of times I was surprised that I took a step up in the weights I lift and it really gives me energy , an energy that I can see its results. really recommend it. the capsules are orange and a little big but no problem swallowing them

I used to make the coconut oil + powder recipe, but I didn’t like to eat a tablespoon of coconut oil from the jar every day. The Now 600 are very hard to find and Ecosupplements has them (almost) always in stock. One o’clock in the morning, when I wake up, and I’m ready to go. Better not to take after noon.
