   The size of these capsules worries me every time I take one. However, after a few weeks I found that my energy had improved. I’m sold on CoQ10, but I’m going to have to find a better way to take it (liquid).

   Great product – this is a hard to find 400mg CoQ10 supplement. As I am on statins, the doctor recommends 400-600mg daily for muscle and cardiovascular health. I don’t like brands that only sell 100 or 200

   I’ve been using them ever since I heard they can help fight the visible signs of aging. I take them at night since studies show our bodies can use them better while we sleep. The gels are chunky but go down super smooth.
