Great supplement! It’s probably best to take only fish oil or cod liver oil, but not both together. Both oils provide the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids, but cod liver oil has the added vitamins A and D. If you want those extra vitamins, you can take only cod liver oil. If you don’t want those extra vitamins, just take fish oil. Also look at krill oil. It could be much better for you.

My second purchase. I heard about this supplement from Dr. Eric Berg. He recommended cod liver oil as an anti-aging supplement. Now has a good reputation in supplements so I tried this. I want to try the cod liver oil in liquid too but I’m afraid the bottle will break during shipping. The capsule (softgel) is quite large but easy to swallow.
