   Cascara sagrada is an herb that covers the laxative effect. Be careful, the effect is quite strong and I do not advise anyone to joke with the dosage. Firstly, it can cause serious damage to your health (intestinal irritation, obesity, etc.) And secondly, an increase in dosage can “knock you out” for several hours. So it’s not a joke. Suitable as a natural laxative for constipation, as well as a dietary supplement for special diets. Be sure to consult your personal physician before taking these pills!

   Of all the products I’ve tried for constipation, nothing beats this. Every time I go on a serious diet or fast, I have an elimination problem. I’ve tried everything from the usual over-the-counter stuff to you name it and nothing comes close to the effectiveness of Cascara Sagrada. I buy the Now brand and find it well worth the money and a good product. I take one a day and it keeps me regular and feeling great!

   The body works like a clock! Natural product, safe and easy to use. it is a mild and effective laxative that is not addictive. Considered one of the best solutions for chronic constipation. Its effect occurs approximately 8 hours after ingestion. An indispensable and safe remedy to cleanse the intestines without side effects, which is guaranteed to help. For me, this product is essential. I use it for the course. Or I use it as needed. Sometimes it turns out something like a (long) course. What I like the most is that there are no side effects in the form of intestinal cramps and bloating. Yes, he can “wear”, you can run to the toilet several times, but there is no discomfort in the intestines. This makes me happy. Take it comfortably. and always guaranteed results.    These are wonderful! Neither senna tea nor magnesium taken on an empty stomach could help relieve my constipation (these two generally work for most people). Cascara sagrada works like magic! It is much milder than magnesium or senna, which can sometimes cause diarrhea. I would like to express my sincere thanks to NOW for the sale of this material.

   I suffer a lot from constipation because I have a high protein intake. These will really help you regulate yourself! If you’re just starting to eat better and exercise, it will help kick-start your journey. It will purify you and eliminate excess waste! You will even see a difference in your abdomen.

   started having real difficulties in this area of my life a few months ago while looking for natural alternatives to chemicals I came across this. One capsule (which has no discernible taste) taken in the evening and you enjoy blessed relief the next morning. The improvement was immediate and it’s so easy to use at my age! It has an easy-to-open packaging and the Now brand can be counted on for quality ingredients. My only concern was that there was a warning not to take it for more than 7 days in a row, but taking it for 3 nights while consuming my regular diet and supplements got me back on track. And the cost is so affordable!!

   Cascara Sagrada is a wonderful supplement to have on hand in the medicine cabinet if a family member is severely constipated. It is quite gentle on the gut, but the dose of this particular product may be excessive for some. If I’m just using to help remove some stubborn waste, I open the capsule and discard some of the ingredients so I don’t take the full dose. This is all very individual, so it’s best to try it out and judge for yourself whether a dose adjustment is needed. The packaging is of good quality and comes with a seal. Cascara Sagrada is also recommended for people who have high levels of estrogen in their body as it is believed to help break down some of the hormone by eliminating it.

   Treating an immunocompromised disease with a slow bowel accordingly, this product is the key to a healthy life for me. The bark of Cascara sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana), which means “sacred bark”, has long been used by traditional herbalists to promote bowel regularity. The composition of natural ingredients gives the quality I need.

   Now Foods always offers high quality ingredients. This supplement provided the benefits I bought it for. I took one capsule with dinner and the next morning it worked exactly how I wanted it to. It has no taste when I take it with food. I like it because the dosage is right. Being too strong or too weak is not a problem. I think at 50 it is a safe and effective addition to my diet.
